Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Email orders@primeedition.valeriavh.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you a return address and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at orders@primeedition.valeriavh.com. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
